How much is the security deposit and how do I pay?
The security deposit is equivalent to 2 monthly payments (2 months deposit). You can pay online using a valid debit or credit card.
Will the security deposit be returned to me?
Yes, the security deposit will be returned at the end of the term as long the vehicle is in good condition and the mileage does not exceed the mileage limit.
What are the inclusions in the monthly payment?
Everything you need for the car is already included in the fixed monthly payment. This includes: ✓ Periodic Maintenance ✓ Normal Wear and Tear parts Replacement ✓ Annual Comprehensive Insurance ✓ Annual Car Registration ✓ Exclusive KINTO Concierge Service
How do I pay for the monthly lease?
You can pay your monthly lease through an Auto-Debit Arrangement with our partner banks, Metrobank, BPI or BDO.

Can I change cars?
No, you cannot change cars during the lease term.
How do I schedule the periodic maintenance?
We will contact you when vehicle is due for maintenance and we will schedule your appointment with the dealer.
Can I have the vehicle serviced at any dealer?
Periodic maintenance service will be done at the dealer you selected during your vehicle pick-up. You may contact us should you need to change the servicing dealer.
If I had an accident, how do I claim insurance?
You need to contact us and we will assist you with the insurance claim. You just need to pay for the participation fee.
Can I pre-terminate the lease anytime?
Should you pre-terminate the lease, you need to pay 50% of the total outstanding lease payments including other charges. The security deposit will also be forfeited and the vehicle must be returned to us.
What happens when the lease term ends?
When your lease term ends, just return the vehicle to us and you can subscribe to a new car.
